Our guides give general information about the paperwork, based on official sources. This is neither medical advice nor legal advice. DossierMalin is not a medical device: it makes no diagnosis and does not replace your doctor or the MDPH. Your MDPH may ask for more: it has the final word.

In a medical emergency, do not use this site: in France, call 15 or 112.

You may read and print our guides and share their links. Please do not republish them in full elsewhere without asking us.

Terms of sale

Filling in the questionnaires and reviewing your answers is free. Payment is only requested when you download certain documents. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, before payment:

• MDPH application (official form, pre-filled): €19.90, unlimited downloads for 12 months;
• MDPH pack (application and medical certificate summary): €24.90, for 12 months;
• MDPH medical certificate summary: €7.90, or €5 as an add-on to a purchased MDPH application, for 12 months;
• sick leave follow-up: €9.90, unlimited summaries for 3 months;
• doctor’s visit summary: free in one language, €4 in two languages, for 30 days.

Payment is made by card, on the page, through a secure payment provider: we never see your card number, and your answers are never sent. After payment, you receive a purchase code: it lets you recover your access on another device. A receipt is emailed to the address you give: it confirms the purchase, its price and your waiver of the right of withdrawal.

The documents are digital content supplied immediately. By asking for immediate access, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). If a document cannot be produced because of a technical problem on our side, write to [email protected] with your purchase code: we will refund you.

Applying to the MDPH is free, and your MDPH’s reception desk and associations can help you at no cost. DossierMalin is a private, independent service that sells no rights and guarantees no decision.
